1. Membership Agreement
By purchasing a membership, casual session, trial, training package, attending classes, participating in training activities, using gym facilities, or accessing services provided by 8 Blade Warriors, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
8 Blade Warriors reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The latest version will be made available through the website, member portal or upon request.

2. Membership Eligibility
All members must provide accurate, complete and current information when registering.
Members are responsible for updating their contact details should they change.
Memberships are personal to the registered member and are strictly non-transferable.
Memberships may not be shared, assigned, sold or used by any other person.

3. Membership Payments
Membership fees are payable in advance through the payment method nominated during registration.
By purchasing a membership, members authorise 8 Blade Warriors and its authorised payment providers to process recurring payments in accordance with the selected membership plan.
Membership fees will continue to be charged until the membership has been cancelled in accordance with these Terms & Conditions.
Members are responsible for ensuring valid payment details are maintained at all times.
Failure to attend classes does not affect payment obligations.

4. Failed Payments
If a payment is declined, reversed, dishonoured or otherwise unsuccessful, the outstanding balance remains payable by the member.
8 Blade Warriors may suspend access to classes, facilities, member benefits and online services until outstanding balances have been paid in full.
Members remain liable for all unpaid fees, regardless of attendance or usage.
Any costs incurred in recovering unpaid fees may be charged to the member where permitted by law.

5. Membership Cancellation
Membership cancellation requests must be submitted through the official 8 Blade Warriors Membership Cancellation Form.
A minimum of twenty-eight (28) days written notice is required for all cancellations.
Membership fees remain payable throughout the notice period.
Memberships cannot be cancelled while outstanding balances remain unpaid.
Failure to attend training does not constitute cancellation.
Cancellation requests submitted through social media, text message, verbal conversations or third parties will not be accepted unless approved by management.

6. Membership Holds & Freezes
Requests for membership holds, freezes, medical suspensions or temporary pauses must be submitted through the official Membership Request Form.
Requests may be considered for:
• Injury or illness
• Medical treatment or recovery
• Extended travel
• Pregnancy
• Exceptional personal circumstances
Supporting documentation may be requested.
Approval remains at the sole discretion of 8 Blade Warriors.
Membership fees remain payable until written confirmation of approval has been provided.

7. Membership Expiry
Certain memberships, packages, promotions, prepaid sessions, credits and special offers may include an expiry period.
Expiry dates vary depending on the product purchased and will be communicated at the time of purchase where applicable.
Unused sessions, credits or benefits may be forfeited upon expiry.
It is the member's responsibility to utilise all sessions and benefits before their expiry date.
Extensions may be granted at the discretion of management.

8. Casual Session Passes
A Casual Session Pass provides access to one (1) training session only.
Due to limitations within the online member platform, Casual Session Passes may display a validity period of up to seven (7) days from the date of purchase.
This validity period exists solely for administrative purposes and does not provide unlimited training access during that period.
Regardless of any date displayed within the member portal, a Casual Session Pass is valid for attendance at one class only.
Casual Session Passes are non-transferable and non-refundable except where required by Australian Consumer Law.

9. Introductory Offers & Promotions
Introductory offers, promotional memberships, discounted memberships and trial offers are available only under the conditions advertised at the time of purchase.
8 Blade Warriors reserves the right to verify eligibility for promotional offers.
Promotional offers may be modified, suspended or withdrawn at any time.
Promotional offers cannot be combined unless expressly stated.

10. Timetable Changes
Class schedules, operating hours, instructors, training programs and facility availability may change from time to time.
While reasonable efforts will be made to maintain advertised services, 8 Blade Warriors does not guarantee the availability of any specific class, coach, instructor or timetable.
Temporary timetable changes, instructor substitutions or class cancellations do not entitle members to refunds, credits or compensation.

11. Public Holidays & Gym Closures
The gym may close or operate under modified schedules during public holidays, competitions, events, maintenance periods or other circumstances.
Reasonable notice will be provided where practical.
Membership fees remain payable during temporary closures and public holiday periods.

12. Health & Medical Responsibility
Members participate voluntarily and are responsible for ensuring they are physically capable of participating in training activities.
Members must notify 8 Blade Warriors of any injury, illness, medical condition or circumstance that may affect their ability to safely participate.
Members should seek medical advice before commencing training where appropriate.
Members must not attend classes while suffering from contagious illnesses or conditions that may place others at risk.

13. Assumption of Risk
Members acknowledge that participation in Muay Thai, boxing, martial arts, fitness and strength training activities involves inherent physical risks.
These risks may include cuts, bruises, sprains, strains, impact injuries, muscle soreness, accidental contact and other injuries associated with physical training.
Participation is undertaken voluntarily and at the member's own risk.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes rights or protections available under Australian Consumer Law.

14. Member Conduct
All members are expected to contribute to a safe, respectful and positive training environment.
Members must:
• Treat coaches, staff and fellow members with respect
• Follow all instructions provided by coaches and staff
• Use equipment safely and responsibly
• Maintain appropriate hygiene standards
• Wear suitable training attire
Bullying, harassment, intimidation, discrimination, abusive behaviour or unsafe conduct will not be tolerated.

15. Minors
Members under eighteen (18) years of age must have a parent or legal guardian complete all required documentation and provide consent.
Parents and guardians accept responsibility for the conduct and participation of minor members.

16. Photography & Media
Photographs and videos may be taken during classes, events, seminars and gym activities.
By participating, members consent to the use of such content for promotional, marketing, educational and social media purposes.
Members wishing to opt out must notify 8 Blade Warriors in writing.
Reasonable efforts will be made to accommodate such requests.

17. Personal Property
Members are responsible for all personal belongings brought onto the premises.
8 Blade Warriors accepts no responsibility for loss, theft or damage to personal property.
Lockers or storage areas provided remain the responsibility of the member.

18. Suspension & Termination
8 Blade Warriors reserves the right to suspend or terminate any membership where a member:
• Fails to maintain payments
• Breaches these Terms & Conditions
• Engages in unsafe behaviour
• Damages property
• Harasses, threatens or abuses staff or members
• Brings the gym into disrepute
No refund will be provided where a membership is terminated due to a breach of these Terms & Conditions.

19. Pricing Changes
8 Blade Warriors reserves the right to adjust membership fees, service fees and other charges from time to time.
Reasonable notice will be provided where applicable.
Continued use of services after notification constitutes acceptance of the revised pricing.

20. Privacy
Personal information collected by 8 Blade Warriors is used for membership administration, communication, operational and safety purposes.
Information will be handled in accordance with applicable Australian privacy legislation.
Personal information will not be sold or disclosed to third parties except where required by law or necessary for the operation of services.

21. Australian Consumer Law
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer rights or guarantees that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law.
Where any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply.
